1.Introduction:

1)T beam machine is a special kind of beam machine,which is researched and developed by our engineer.Product of this machine is concrete beam with steel wire inside and beam shape of T section. It can produce pieces of T beam one time, which has a big productivity.

2)Length of T beam depends on thickness and width of beam. Products of the machine can be used into flooring and roofing. 

3) Productivity is 1.2-1.4m/min

4. Machine Maintenance

Besides the normal maintenance after each class, we need more:

1)Clean reducer after 3 months’ working time, change lubricating oil. Do as the same if machine is deposited for more than half year without working.

2)HL-20 gear oil in reducer. Don’t mix with other type of oil.

3)The barrel and side mould is easy to wear out parts. Change new ones in time when the side mould wears of 2-3mm deep.

4)Add lubricating oil on time for each part.
